i've been surprised of facilities. There are an excellent wifi, a kitchen in the room, relatively large refrigerator, a really big balcony with lounges and ocean view, included breakfast was really not bad
There's no safe in rooms but on the reception so it is not easy...
-
If you want self-contained comfort by the beach, go to Hotel Faycán. You can go out in your swimming costume and leave your key at reception and be on the beach in less than thirty seconds. The sea at Las Canteras beach is beautiful, safe and clean. It is lovely to hear the waves at night, as you drift to sleep. The hotel is also very close to good restaurants, including a very nice Lebanese one. A good place for a relaxing break.

Very nice staff, simple but filling breakfast, clean rooms. It's close to the beach and to the bus station, got perfect location if you want to spend time on the beach and travel around to see more of the island.
-
Very good location
not satisfactory, noisy neighborhood, but it's a question of luck

Breakfast was awesome. The hotel was clean and was located in an easy to find location. The beach was near. Free wi-fi.
No, everything was good.
-
Great location, helpful staff, everything was good.
Pillows are too small and beds a bit too hard...
-
Hotel was only 50m to the beach and the rooms were large with a separate kitchen. Good selection of satelite TV stations.
There was no heating in the room and the dining room was a bit small.
-
The location of the hotel was on the beach, in walking distance of Santa Catalina bus depot and tourist office. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was simple, filling, and provided options for all.
-
Hotel's location is very good, 50 meters to Las Canteras beach, I had ocean view from my room. Free wi-fi in the room. A breakfast was ok. But the room itself is really basic, it suitable if you spend most of your time on the beach.
Internet connection worked not really stable.Cold floor and low lighting in the room and bathroom.
-
I like the people in the reception. Allways friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned my room.
I would like to have a bar
-
Friendly staff, free WiFi in the room, very close (50 meters) to the beach.
-
overall its a good hotel
my room was in front of the street n there are to much noise
-
The staff are maximum friendly and efficient. Normally you can only find such great service in a 4- or 5-star hotel; this was an unexpected pleasure! And the location right next to Las Canteras beach is simply unbeatable. Amazing value for money; highly, highly recommended.
The breakfast, which is included in the very reasonable price, is poor. After the first day, we always went out for breakfast. However, this was no hardship because you can eat a wonderful breakfast almost right across the street for about six euros per person. Another tip: ask for an internal room because the street noise is otherwise too much.

Its location: just away from the busy boulevard and still very near
the Wellcoming staff
-
That it was close to the beach and close to a school where I attended a spanish course.
